Pamela Anderson shocked the Hollywood Style Awards over the weekend

Hollywood Style Awards over the weekend

The New York Post is reporting that attendees at the Hollywood Style Awards on Sunday were shocked at Pamela Anderson for making Adelaide Gault, age 9, carry the train of her rumpled Vivienne Westwood gown at Sunday night's Hollywood Style Awards.
Not so fast. The girl's mom, makeup artist Sharon Gault, who was at the event, tells a HollywoodLife.com source that her daughter was psyched to help Anderson with her bedspread, er, dress.Pam's booking agent tells HollywoodLife.com that the criticism is "totally absurd."
Reports say Anderson shocked attendees when she jokingly told reporters that Adelaide was her and David LaChapelle's "daughter."
The well-upholstered pin-up turned up in a barely-there, pink Vivienne Westwood dress on Sunday — with the child holding her long train.
The bizarre move drew criticism from child advocacy groups who say little Adelaide Gault is too young to be used as a fashion accessory.
